POVZETEK
Večina prometa mobilnih omrežij poteka v notranjih prostorih. Zaradi višjih frekvenc, s tem pa slabšega prodiranja signala 5G v notranje prostore, je zagotavljanje kvalitete storitve z zunanjimi baznimi postajami 5G težje kot v prejšnjih generacijah. Obstoječe stavbe, ki imajo nameščen sistem za pokrivanje notranjih prostorov, so večinoma pokrite z uporabo pasivnih sistemov distribuiranih anten (pasivni DAS). Ti sistemi so bili zgrajeni za potrebe prejšnjih generacij javnih mobilnih omrežij in večinoma niso primerni za uvedbo 5G, saj praviloma ne omogočajo višjih frekvenc in tehnologij, ki pomembno prispevajo h kapaciteti in hitrosti prenosa podatkov. Vpogled v trenutne trende na področju pokrivanja notranjih prostorov pokaže, da je v dobi 5G smiselno uvesti digitalni sistem. V prispevku bo predstavljen digitalni sistem pokrivanja notranjih prostorov LampSite, možni načini uvedbe ter souporaba sistema med različnimi mobilnimi operaterji.

ABSTRACT
Most mobile network traffic takes place indoors. Due to higher frequencies, and thus poorer penetration of the 5G signal into indoor spaces, ensuring the quality of service with external 5G base stations is more difficult than in previous generations. Existing buildings that have an indoor coverage system installed are mostly covered using passive distributed antenna systems (passive DAS). These systems were built for the needs of previous generations of public mobile networks and are mostly not suitable for the introduction of 5G, as they generally do not allow for higher frequencies and technologies that significantly contribute to the capacity and speed of data transmission. An insight into the current trends in the field of indoor coverage shows that it makes sense to introduce a digital system in the 5G era. The article will present the LampSite digital indoor coverage system, possible ways of introduction and sharing of the system between different mobile operators.
