POVZETEK
Leta 2020 je 3GPP objavil release 16 s sporočilom, da 3GPP release 16 podpira ključne funkcionalnosti za industrijo 4.0. Produkcija jedra za industrijo 4.0. bi morala biti potem dokaj enostavna, kajne? Zakaj ne moramo samo vzeti specifikacijo R16 in ji slediti poglavje po poglavju, implementirati vse funkcionalnosti – teoretično bi morali končati s produkcijsko verzijo 5G jedra. Predavanje bo osvetlilo, kaj pomeni narediti produkcijsko 5G rešitev za industrijo 4.0, katere komponente in funkcionalnosti mora imeti, ter kakšen vpliv imajo končne naprave in radijska oprema.

ABSTRACT
In 2020, 3GPP released release 16 with the message that 3GPP release 16 supports key functionalities for Industry 4.0. Core production for Industry 4.0. should be fairly easy then, right? Why don't we just take the R16 specification and follow them chapter by chapter, implement all the functionality - in theory we should end up with a production version of the 5G core. The lecture will shed light on what it means to make a production 5G solution for Industry 4.0, what components and functionalities it must have, and what impact end devices and radio equipment have.
