POVZETEK
Sprejemniki GNSS so postali del našega vsakdana. Na poznavanju položaja uporabnika temeljijo skoraj vse aplikacije na pametnem telefonu,
nadzor osebnega vozila in odklepanje električnega kolesa.
So naši sprejemniki v mobilnih napravah sodobni ali zastareli? Kako izbrati ustrezni GNSS sprejemnik za našo aplikacijo? Kupiti integrirano vezje,
modul ali se lotiti samogradnje?
ABSTRACT
GNSS receivers have become a part of our daily lives. Almost all smartphone applications, including vehicle control and electric bicycle unlocking,
rely on the user's location. Meanwhile, technology continues to evolve. The L5 frequency band in the GPS system is (almost) fully operational,
Glonass is upgraded with a new version of CDMA signals on L1 and L2, and Galileo provides positioning accuracy of up to 20 cm. Are the receivers in
our mobile devices cutting-edge or outdated? How can we select the appropriate GNSS receiver for our application? Obtain an integrated circuit,
a module, or develop it yourself?
