POVZETEK
Novi primeri uporabe in aplikacije bodo prinesli nove izzive za prihodnja radijska dostopovna omrežja. Vsebina, ki jo poganja
umetna inteligenca, profili prometa, usmerjeni v povezave navzgor in nepričakovane vršne obremenitve, ki jih ustvarijo uporabniki
bodo od omrežij zahtevale visoko agilnost, obdelavo obremenitve in vsebine v realnem času ter prilagodljivo upravljanje uporabnikov,
prometa in aplikacij. Ta predstavitev pojasni ključne izzive, kako se bomo z njimi spopadli v dobi 5G-Advanced z umetno
inteligenco gnanega RAN in kako se bo tehnologija RAN do leta 2030 razvila v popolnoma izvorna omrežja 6G, ki jih poganja umetna
inteligenca. Poudarila bo tudi vlogo napovedne analitike, avtomatizacije in samooptimizirajočih se omrežnih funkcij pri
omogočanju te preobrazbe. Na koncu predstavitve razpravljamo o tem, kako bodo te zmogljivosti operaterjem omogočile podporo
prihodnjim digitalnim storitvam z izjemno zmogljivostjo, zanesljivostjo in učinkovitostjo.
ABSTRACT
New use cases and applications will introduce new challenges for future radio access networks. AI-driven content, uplink-oriented
traffic profiles, and unexpected user-generated load spikes will require networks to deliver high agility, real-time load and
content processing, and flexible management of users, traffic, and applications. This presentation will explain the key
challenges, how they will be addressed in the era of 5G-Advanced with the support of AI-driven RAN intelligence, and how RAN
technology will evolve toward fully native, AI-driven 6G networks by 2030. It will also highlight the role of predictive
analytics, automation, and self-optimizing network functions in enabling this transformation. Finally, the talk discusses
how these capabilities will allow operators to support future digital services with unprecedented performance, reliability, and
efficiency.
