Information for authors


We kindly invite authors who like to participate on the 22nd Seminar on radio communications, to send title of the article and short abstract (up to 150 words) until the 30 October 2015 to e-mail address tomi.mlinar[at]fe.uni-lj.si. Based on the received articles, organizer will prepare preliminary version of the programme, at the latest by 11 November 2015. If your article is accepted, you will receive a notification from the organizer. Following notification you have to send final article/presentation until 15 January 2016 to the same e-mail address.

Authors have free entrance to the Seminar on the day of their lecture.

Important dates

  • Submission of title and short abstract of an article (up to 150 words): 30 October 2015
  • Notification of acceptance: 11 November 2015
  • Submission of an article: 15 January 2016

General information and instructions for authors:

You can select either oral presentation of an article (MS Power Point or similar) or presentation of the poster. Please, mark clearly your choice while submitting an abstract of your article. In both cases you can submit your final article as a Power Point handouts/poster and optionaly as an article. Power Point presentation handouts or poster will be published in a printed version of proceedings. An article will be published in an electronic version (USB key) only.

An article in any form must be submitted not later than 15 January 2015. Until the same date, a short abstract (up to 200 words), short CV and photo must be sent.

Articles are not peer reviewd.

How to write an article

  1. An article should be prepared according to the template (Microsoft Word DOC, Adobe PDF).
  2. An article should be written in A4 format and should not have header and footer, remarks, and pagination.
  3. Length of an article shell be 4 to 6 pages long.
  4. File for submission should be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

How to prepare a presentation

  1. Graphical template for presentation is not prescribed.
  2. File for submission should be in Microsoft PowerPoint format.

How to prepare a poster

  1. Poster should be in A0 (864 x 1118 mm) size, portrait position.
  2. Graphical template for the poster is not prescribed.
  3. File for submission should be in PDF format, including all fonts.
  4. Font size should be large enough for printing in A4 format (for proceedings).
  5. Poster in A0 format should be printed by author himself.
